This is a fine velour felt with a sweeping  wide organza tie secured with a vintage pin (Paris 2004). It features an adjustable headsize maximum is 22.5" minmum 21.5" This hand blocked hat is silk lined. Each silk lining will be different colors, making each hat unique. A custom lining with a monogram or a name can be ordered for an additional charge.
