The Paris topper is a classic style Top Hat.  Fine panama straw, gross grain trim,  and a fitted European linen lining. This top hat is stiffened with a non toxic stiffener. Each Top hat will be custom made to your size with a lining, optional monogram with additional charge. Top hat takes two weeks for production plus shipping time. All sales are final.
